Welcome to Summer Plus 2023!

 Registration begins March 1, 2023 and closes May 19, 2023.

The 6 Week program runs from Monday, June 26, 2023 – Friday, August 4, 2023

Hours 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM                             Closed Tuesday, July 4th

 

Summer Sunrise (7:00 – 8:30 AM) and Summer Sunset (4:30 – 6:00 PM) available at an additional cost

After two years of a "day camp" format, Summer Plus will be back to offering classes that your camper can select from our offerings in their grade level category.  Juniors are our 1st-3rd graders and Seniors are our 4th-7th graders. Campers will enjoy a homeroom period in the morning and afternoon, three classes in the morning. a lunch/recess break and then three additional classes in the afternoon. We will once again be offering our "Calling All Kids" program for our youngest campers who will be entering Kindergarten in September 2023 and those who have just completed Kindergarten. We welcome all students K-7th Grade from our own district as well as surrounding towns.

 

Leadership for Tomorrow (LFT) will be available to students completing 7th, 8th and 9th grade.  

Interested students should NOT register for Summer Plus but must email jennifer.adkins@msdk12.net for an application packet.  LFT students will be registered as campers once  they are accepted to the program.  This program has a limit of 15 students.

 

All Summer Plus registration will be online on our registration system, Camp Brain. Registration will begin on March 1st and close on May 19th , but please remember that classes will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If you have never registered with the Community School online before now, you will be required to create a Family Profile before you can begin registering. If you have already created a profile, please update all of the information, especially your child’s grade and all contact information, before beginning your registration.
